I know on occasion I'll wake up and my jaw will be severely out of whack. And it feels like when I bite down "properly", my jaw uncomfortably squashes my neck. Interestingly enough I've only been like that since a chiropractor told me to stop sleeping on my stomach... I wonder I may do that sometimes.
